micro1 is selecting Indonesian Bilingual Experts to support a customer's large-scale linguistic initiative. In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required — your domain knowledge is what matters.

Scope of Work

1. Listen to and review audio clips to assess the nativeness and fluency of AI-generated Indonesian speech.
2. Provide detailed written and verbal feedback on language accuracy, pronunciation, intonation, and authenticity.
3. Validate the cultural and contextual appropriateness of language used in audio samples.
4. Document observations meticulously, ensuring clarity and actionable insight for model improvement.
5. Collaborate with project coordinators to discuss findings and clarify guidelines as needed.
6. Consistently deliver high-quality assessments within defined project timelines.
7. Support the refinement of evaluation frameworks by sharing linguistically-informed suggestions.

Preferred Qualifications

1. Native-level proficiency in Indonesian, with a deep understanding of regional dialects and cultural nuances.
2. Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Indonesian and English (minimum B2 proficiency in English).
3. Keen attention to detail with a methodical and analytical approach to language evaluation.
4. Previous experience in translation, localization, linguistics, content moderation, or language quality assessment (preferred but not required).
5. Comfortable working independently in a remote setting and meeting project requirements punctually.
6. Demonstrated ability to give clear, constructive feedback on language and communication style.
7. Interest in contributing to advancements in AI-driven language technologies.
