We are looking for Commis / Butcher
Job Description
Assist the Chef with daily food preparation and mise en place.
Prepare ingredients according to kitchen standards and recipes.
Assist during cooking, plating, and service.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area.
Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
Ensure ingredients and equipment are properly stored and maintained.
Support the kitchen team to ensure smooth daily operations.
Minimize food waste and use ingredients efficiently.
Follow instructions from the Chef and work well as part of a team.
Perform other duties as assigned by the Chef or Supervisor.
Requirements:
Previous kitchen experience is preferred.
Basic knowledge of food preparation and kitchen hygiene.
Good teamwork and communication skills.
Willing to learn and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Good attitude, discipline, and attention to detail.
