We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Project Specialist to join our team. The Project
Specialist will play a crucial role in supporting the execution of various projects, ensuring their
smooth and efficient delivery from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will be detail oriented, proactive, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
• Communicate effectively with exhibitors and internal teams to ensure project requirements are clearly understood and executed
• Support on-site project activities, including set-up and dismantle.
• Provide general administrative support to the project management team as needed.
• Prepare quotation, invoicing, purchase order, tender document, etc.
• Undertake assignments on site and to ensure proper filing and documentation are maintained
• Handle enquiries from exhibitors and attend meetings as required
• Brief suppliers for the exhibitors’ orders
• Responsible for the consolidation of travel expenses claim, taking minutes, arrange overseas and local couriers, collect payments on-site/before move-in.
Requirements:
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and project management tools.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability
