About the role

We are looking for an experienced HR Recruitment professional to join our dynamic team at PT. INTEGRITAS PERKASA KONSTRUKSI in West Jakarta, Jakarta. In this full-time position, you will play a crucial role in sourcing, screening and selecting top talent to support the growth and success of our organisation.

What you'll be doing

• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to identify and attract qualified candidates for various roles within the company

• Screen and evaluate job applications, conduct interviews, and assess candidates' skills, qualifications and fit for the organisation

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements, develop job descriptions and coordinate the entire recruitment process

• Maintain a robust pipeline of candidates and manage the applicant tracking system to ensure a efficient and seamless recruitment process

• Conduct background checks, verify references and ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations

• Provide guidance and support to new hires during the onboarding process

• Continuously analyse recruitment metrics and trends to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance the overall recruitment function

What we're looking for

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in HR recruitment, preferably in the construction industry

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a keen eye for detail

• Proficient in using applicant tracking systems, HR databases and other recruitment-related software

• Thorough understanding of employment laws, HR best practices and talent management principles

• A proactive, customer-centric mindset and a passion for identifying and securing top talent
