PT Mikatasa Agung is a leading Indonesian manufacturer of adhesive and building material products, with a strong commitment to quality, innovation, and continuous improvement.
As we continue to expand our operations and facilities, we are currently seeking two Project Managers to join our team—one specializing in Civil projects and another specializing in MEP projects—to drive the successful execution of our construction and development projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage civil and/or MEP construction projects from planning, execution, commissioning, completion, to project handover.
Develop and control project schedules, budgets, manpower, materials, and equipment.
Monitor site activities to ensure compliance with technical specifications, quality standards, safety regulations, and project timelines.
Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, consultants, vendors, and clients.
Identify project risks, resolve issues, implement corrective actions, and provide regular project progress reports to management.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, MEP Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Manager or in a similar role managing construction projects, preferably with experience in both Civil and/or MEP works.
Experience in factory/industrial plant construction is highly preferred.
Strong knowledge of project planning, scheduling, budgeting, cost control, quality management, and construction management.
Proficient in interpreting technical drawings and using project management tools such as Microsoft Project and AutoCAD.
Strong understanding of Civil and/or MEP construction works, project coordination, and site execution.
Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, decision-making, and stakeholder management skills.
Experienced in managing subcontractors, consultants, vendors, and project teams.
Fluent in English and Mandarin, both spoken and written.
Proficient in computer applications.
Willing to travel domestically as required.
Able to drive and possess a valid SIM A.
