About the role
Responsible for monitoring, analysing, validating and resolving cases of deviations related to electricity and water billing usage to relevant parties in accordance with utility store usage standards.
Key responsibilities
Monitor and validate billing and electricity and water usage across all stores
Analyse utility usage and identify inconsistencies or usage spikes
Ensure electricity and water usage complies with standards and conduct energy audits
Follow up on billing issues and utility spikes with internal and external parties
Prepare utility billing and coordinate with Accounting
Create monthly and annual reports on electricity and water usage to management
About you
Minimum S1 education in Electrical Engineering
Minimum 1 year of experience in utility, energy management, facility management, or related field
Understanding of monitoring and electricity and utility usage
Good analytical and problem-solving capabilities
