About the role

We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team at Verites & Good Perfume Studio in Tangerang, Banten. As a full-time Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually compelling designs that support our brand and marketing initiatives.

What you'll be doing

• Develop innovative and eye-catching visual concepts for a range of print and digital materials, including branding, packaging, advertising, and marketing collateral

• Collaborate closely with the marketing and product teams to understand project requirements and deliver designs that effectively communicate our brand messaging

• Ensure design consistency and brand alignment across all visual assets

• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and techniques to continuously enhance the quality and impact of your work

• Participate in creative brainstorming sessions and provide constructive feedback to help refine and improve design concepts

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines with a high level of attention to detail

What we're looking for

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in the design or perfume industry

• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design software

• Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for typography, colour, and composition

• Ability to translate complex ideas and concepts into visually appealing designs

• Familiarity with print production and digital asset management

• Effective communication and collaboration skills to work closely with cross-functional teams

• A portfolio of previous design work that showcases your creativity and problem-solving abilities

• Willing to WORK FROM OFFICE FULL TIME.

• Expert in Design, Photography & Videography.

• Understand motion graphic and animation.

• Have good story telling skills, communication skill, creative and innovative.

• Able to work under pressure & willing to work overtime (if needed)

JOB DESCRIPTION :

• Create and develop VERITES and GOOD PERFUME STUDIO brand  presence visually. Concept, Design, Photoshoot, Videoshoot, graphics, motion and layout for digital, web, social Media, E-Commerce, printing (brochures, newsletters, banners, posters, promo merchandise), key visual design and packaging completely with high quality and on time.

• Identify trends and create content for TikTok/ IG/ Shopee.

• Execute creative briefs for business and marketing objectives into clear, compelling, and engaging ideas within brand expression and standards.

• Creating other supporting contents such as site content, icons, banner, color and visual guideline.

• Able to follow brand guidelines, understand corporate brand standards and identity. And also provide feedback to enhance the output from time to time.

• Able to discuss during brainstorming, ideation and production phase. And also have the ability to present the ideas to the stakeholder and also supervise any third parties.

• Responsible in securing vendors and partners for marketing and promotional activities (example agencies, EO, promo merchandise vendors.) including administrative details such as agreements, request forms, et cetera.
