Job Description
Manage marketplace needs end-to-end, including product listing, store display, promotional banners, and campaign visuals.
Create attractive and engaging designs for Shopee, Tokopedia, TikTok Shop, and other e-commerce platforms.
Design product images, banners, thumbnails, vouchers, and promotional materials.
Upload and update product information, images, prices, and promotions on marketplace platforms.
Ensure all marketplace visuals are consistent with the brand identity.
Support marketplace campaigns such as Flash Sale, Payday, Discount, and Seasonal Campaigns.
Monitor marketplace performance and optimize product visuals to improve engagement and sales.
Work closely with the Marketing and E-Commerce team to support sales and promotional activities.
Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience in Graphic Design, E-Commerce, or Marketplace.
Fluent in English, both written and verbal communication.
Experience managing marketplace platforms.
Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Figma, Canva, or similar design tools.
Creative, detail-oriented, and able to work with deadlines.
Good understanding of e-commerce and social media trends.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Portfolio is required.
Experience in fashion, sports, football, or retail industry is a plus.
