Role & Responsibilities

As a Business Support, you will be responsible for:

• Communicating with partners/clients to establish a good relationship

• Collecting, analyzing, and presenting operational data to support management decision-making

• Preparing clear and informative reports for internal and external stakeholders

• Supporting administrative and operational business activities

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration and mutual support across the organization

• Assisting with other tasks as required

Qualifications

The ideal candidate should have:

• A minimum of a D3/S1 degree in Management, Business, or a related field

• Fluency in Mandarin (both spoken and written)

• Experience in purchasing (preferred)

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and data analysis tools

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey insights and recommendations

• Attention to detail and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team

• Understanding of the heavy equipment, mining, or natural resources industry will be an advantage
