We are currently seeking a Associate on behalf of our client, a well-established Legal Consultancy Firm.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end corporate legal matters, including company incorporation, corporate restructuring, amendments to Articles of Association, corporate secretarial matters, business licensing, and regulatory permits.
- Manage Intellectual Property (IP) matters, including registration, portfolio management, commercialization, and enforcement.
- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements and handle non-litigation legal matters, including legal notices (somasi).
- Provide legal advice and practical solutions to clients on corporate and commercial legal matters.
- Lead and supervise junior team members while managing legal projects and ensuring timely delivery.
Qualifications
- Minimum 7 years of experience, preferably with a reputable law firm.
- Proven experience leading a team of at least 5 direct reports.
- Strong expertise in corporate legal, business licensing, Intellectual Property (IP), commercial agreements, and non-litigation matters.
- Proven experience leading end-to-end corporate legal, licensing, or IP projects.
- Strong legal drafting, analytical, negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
