About The Company:

  • The working venue is in Karawang.

  • Our client is a Automobiles (car noise and heat silencers) company. Currently, they are looking for Engineer Officer.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Define critical product characteristics based on customer requirements.

  • Design and develop tooling, jigs, and inspection fixtures for new projects.

  • Analyze similar products and manufacturing processes to identify risks, improvement opportunities, and sourcing strategies.

  • Review and optimize process designs and parameters to ensure quality and efficiency.

  • Prepare and monitor tooling fabrication schedules and project timelines.

  • Support tooling trials, mold trials, and new product development activities.

  • Manage material preparation, including Bill of Materials (BOM) creation and trial requirements.

  • Coordinate purchase requests and ensure materials are ready for production trials.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Production and Process Engineering.

  • Other tasks as assigned.




Job Requirements:

  • Fresh Graduates are welcome.

  • Diploma Degree in Mechanical Engineering.

  • High conversational English proficiency.

  • Proficiency in AutoCAD or SolidWorks.

  • Knowledgeable in manufacturing process and quality tools.

  • Strong analytical thinking and problem solving skills.
