Sr. Specialist IT Governance & Quality Management

Sr. Spec. – IT Governance & Quality Management is responsible to oversee the Information Technology governance across the organization with alignment to organizational, legal and regulatory policies and standards, turning IT services at acceptable compliance, quality level and customer satisfaction.

Main Responsibilities:

• Ensure the IT department governance is in alignment with company policies, procedures, business ethics, code of conduct, IT General Control, ISO certification and other relevant standards adopted by the company.

• Promote the effectiveness of IT General Control towards the Confidentiality, Integrity, and Availability of IT Services.

• Assume the ownership of overall IT governance to oversee the lifecycle, completeness, sufficiency, quality of IT policy, standard and procedure to address company, legal and regulatory requirement.

• Extend the oversight into Operational Technology governance to address OT-specific risk mitigation, security concern and compliance objective.

• Liaise or consult with various parties during the development or modification of IT/ OT governance including (but not limited to) Internal Audit, Legal, Policy & Permitting, HCM, internal Subject Matter Expert (SME) or 3rd party SMEs.

• Gather, understand and analyse the expectation of the business including from senior management that may be influenced from or impacted to the IT/OT governance.

• Identify opportunity for improvement with modified IT/OT governance from any observation, recommendation, non-conformities, or opportunity for improvement (OFI) from the assessment or audit findings.

• Lead and contribute to the development, review, implementation and testing of the IT/OT policy/standard/procedure with hands-on involvement or teamwork with IT peers, IT senior leaders, senior management, or 3rd party consultants.

• Assume as custodian to IT Objective, Task and Program register, coordinate with IT Compliance team to track the achievement as scheduled

• Assume as custodian to IT risk register, manage the lifecycle of IT/OT risks, conduct regular and ad-Hoc review as required, getting approval and communication to relevant stakeholders.·       Assume as custodian to IT Objective, Task and Program register, coordinate with IT Compliance team to track the achievement as scheduled

• Oversee the IT compliance team for the alignment of IT/OT compliance initiative with company objective & governance

• Oversee the audit process involving IT Compliance team, IT/OT & non-IT audit, and ensuring the findings are responded timely or may require update to the overall IT governance.

• Assume the ownership and responsible of overall IT/OT quality management in ensuring IT/OT services meet the quality objectives.

• Identify quality objectives for IT department in various areas and assume custodian to measure the adherence and maintain of the objectives.

• Oversee quality assurance and quality control process throughout IT department, identify gaps, provide recommendation and track the improvement processes.

• Identify, plan and run relevant improvement program to improve and sustain quality processes in IT department.

• Oversee overall IT customer satisfaction level through various metrics including (but not limited to) the effectiveness of the observability & monitoring, service management response, project key indicators, software quality, data quality or other metrics that are relevant to ensure consistent delivery of IT services.

• Ensure IT quality management is in alignment with company-wide quality program and ISO9001 referenced standard.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree with major in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information System, or related

• Related experience minimum 5 (five) years' experience as IT Governance and/or IT Compliance role

• Delivered IT governance into consistent adoption and operation companywide.

• Involved in various Quality Assurance such as IT-related audit against local, regional or global standard such as SOx or ISO27001.

• Exposure to Quality Control activities such as software testing (system test, integration test, unit test, automated test, etc.), disaster recovery test, performance test, regression test.

• Understand COBIT governance framework COBIT and General control such as SoX

• Understand Quality Management standard as in ISO9001, Understand Testing process in IT (Software or Infrastructure)

• Working knowledge of legal regulatory or standard in various scopes either or local, regional or global that are relevant to IT operation such as UU PDP/GDPR, regulation from OJK, BSSN, ESDM.

• Working knowledge of one or more of IT/OT regulatory standard, framework or body of knowledge such as COBIT, ITIL, DAMA DM-BOK, SWEBOK, PMBOK, NIST-CSF, ISO27001, EU AI Act, ISO42001, IEC62443
