The Architect plays a key supporting role in the planning and monitoring of SID Hub construction projects. They assist in developing building standards, selecting appropriate facilities, and preparing project budgets. In addition, they oversee construction progress to ensure that projects are completed on time and align with functional and operational requirements. This role ensures that the built environment meets both the organization’s standards and the needs of its stakeholders.
Key responsibilities:
- Assist in designing the building standards for SID Hubs, including both interior and exterior aspects.
- Support the selection of buildings that meet PT SID’s standards.
- Help prepare budgeting for the construction projects of SID Hubs.
- Support the monitoring process of SID Hub construction progress.
- Assist in ensuring that the buildings are prepared for use in alignment with their intended function and purpose, based on the planned project timeline.
- Currently in the 4th year of an undergraduate (S1) program or a recent graduate in Architecture or Interior Design.
- Strong interest in educational or school facility design.
- Familiar with 2D drafting software (AutoCAD) and 3D modeling tools (SketchUp).
- Basic understanding of rendering software such as Lumion, Enscape, or D5 is a plus.
- Good understanding of renovation and remodeling projects.
- Strong problem-solving and time management abilities.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Willing to learn how to manage priorities and tasks across different design projects.
