About the role
This is a packaged team acquisition seeking an established, high-performing executive team (3–5 key members led by a General Manager) from Main Contractors, Façade Specialist Firms, Interior Fit-Out Contractors, or Design Institutes. The team should be complete, battle-tested, with a proven track record in Indonesia that can hit the ground running, leverage immediate local networks, secure high-value projects, and execute backend support seamlessly.
Key responsibilities
Leverage existing client relationships (developers, consultants, architects, main contractors) to build an immediate, high-value project pipeline
Drive end-to-end tendering and negotiations for major curtain wall, interior fit-out, and main contracting projects across Indonesia
Expand the company's footprint in commercial, hospitality, and high-rise developments
Bring established, reliable local labor resources, specialized sub-contractors, and material supplier databases to support bidding competitiveness and project delivery
Provide full technical, commercial, and labor coordination for secured projects from award to handover
Operate with zero ramp-up time, utilizing existing team synergy to fast-track technical and commercial proposals
About you
Proven track record of successful collaboration within Main Contracting, Façade, Interior Fit-Out, or Design Institute environments
Deep understanding of the local construction ecosystem, regulations, tendering practices, and pricing standards in Indonesia
Ready-to-use network of property developers, architectural firms, local sub-contractors, and qualified labor teams
Strictly focused on conversion rate—turning prospective leads into won, profitable contracts
General Manager with experience in market lead, client relationship ownership, strategic BD, and overall P&L management
Commercial / QS Lead with experience in tendering, costing, contract negotiation, and local vendor pricing
Technical / BD Lead with experience in technical proposals, design coordination, client liaison, and value engineering
Interior / Façade Designer with experience in concept and detail design coordination and mock-up support
