This is a fully remote role, open to candidates located anywhere in Indonesia.
Job Responsibilities
1. Partner Growth: Acquire and expand hotel partner portfolio; ensure competitive product (content, rates, availability)
2. Strategic Relationships: Develop strong partnerships with hotels and local influencers (tourism bureaus, hotel associations)
3. Market Execution: Travel for market visits; secure seasonal deals and high-demand inventory
4. Cross-functional Collaboration: Share market insights with product, marketing, and operations teams
5. Team Leadership: Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing BD team; define KPIs and drive strategic execution
Job Qualifications
1. At least 8 years in hotel BD/contracting with progressive leadership experience
2. Proven track record managing teams and building long-term partner relationships
3. Strong local hotel industry network at senior levels
4. Possesses high AI sensitivity, accustomed to an 'AI First' mindset, and capable of effectively integrating AI into daily workflows
5. Self-driven, adaptable, and comfortable working remotely (must be based in Indonesia)
