Tugas dan Tanggung Jawab:

  • Melakukan pemeliharaan, perbaikan peralatan dan fasilitas gedung sesuai jadwal dan perencanaan dari manajemen

  • Memastikan fungsi-fungsi dari fasilitas, peralatan bersama, dan area gedung yang mencakup: Bangunan Gedung (exterior dan interior), Sistem Plumbing, Ventilation & Air Conditioning (VAC)

  • Membuat laporan kegiatan dalam logbook atau sistem pelaporan digital

  • Min. SMK Jurusan Listrik/Tata Udara/Mesin

  • Memahami instalasi listrik dan maintenance AC

  • Bersedia untuk bekerja shift

  • Mampu bekerjasama dalam tim dan berkomunikasi terkait penanganan keluhan fasilitas
