About the Company
The office is at Cikarang Utara
Main Business is General Trading (Pump, Rectifier, lubricant, machine parts) company. Currently, looking for Sales Engineer.
Job Responsibilities:
Conduct market research for customer acquisition.
Communicate and maintain close relationships with existing customers and potential prospects.
Develop and execute business development strategies.
Coordinate activities and provide periodic reports to management.
Assist in preparing sales forecasts and sales plans.
Handle customer inquiries and provide technical support for pump, rectifier, lubricants, and machine parts.
Participate in technical presentations and product demonstrations.
Manage sales documentation and maintain customer records.
Collaborate with technical teams to address customer requirements.
Other tasks as assigned.
Job Requirements:
Min. Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
Min. Conversational English proficiency.
Minimum 2 years of experience as Business Development/Sales Engineer handling machine spare parts for the manufacturing industry.
Candidates should possess effective Communication and Customer Service skills to build trust, manage expectations, and provide clear guidance to clients and internal teams.
Candidates should possess solid Sales skills, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing, to achieve revenue and growth objectives.
