Job Description
- Identify, analyze, and map the company's business processes regularly.
- Document and update business processes using BPMN, SOPs, and Work Instructions.
- Design process improvement strategies for operational efficiency, as well as identify and mitigate business risks.
- Support system development and digitalization through requirement analysis and implementation monitoring.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (S1) in Industrial Engineering (preferred), or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in Business Process, Business Analysis, or Process Improvement; fresh graduates are welcome.
- Skilled in process mapping and familiar with BPM Cycle, SOPs, Lean, Six Sigma, and Risk Management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; proactive, detail-oriented, with excellent cross-functional communication abilities.
