Job Description :
Assist director on daily matters.
Ensure the efficient handling of secretarial works and and other assignments including confidential matters.
Preparing presentation related to management activities.
Ensuring all meetings material are on hand.
Qualifications :
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Secretarial or equivalent.
At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Demonstrate excellent verbal and written English communication skill.
A customer oriented person and good in administration tasks.
Willing to be placed in Jakarta
