Area Sales Manager – Bali
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Area Sales Manager to lead our sales operations in Bali. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales performance, leading a team of sales representatives, building strong customer relationships, and identifying market opportunities to support business growth.
The ideal candidate is a strong leader with solid commercial judgement, excellent communication skills, and the ability to turn market insights into effective sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve assigned targets
Manage, coach, and motivate a team of sales representatives to deliver strong performance
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities
Prepare regular sales reports, analysis, and forecasts
Ensure high customer satisfaction and resolve issues or complaints effectively
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree from any reputable university
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong analytical skills to interpret sales data and market trends
Good negotiation and problem-solving abilities
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
