Today, We are seeking a Technical Manager - Adventure Park

About Technical Manager - Adventure Park:

What you will be responsible for

• The installation — daily pre-opening inspection, the periodic inspection regime, the technical file, and referral to the structural engineer of anything outside specification.

• The equipment — the PPE register, traceability, service life, inspection, quarantine and condemnation. Nothing is issued that is not in the register and within its life.

• The people — training instructors, assessing competence, signing authorisation to work unsupervised, setting the rota so qualified cover is never missing.

• Operations — weather and lightning decisions, leading rescues, running drills, owning the incident register and closing out corrective actions.

Requirements

• TKPK Tingkat 1 or higher under Permenaker No. 9/2016, valid and current.

• Demonstrable ability to perform and teach assisted descent and casualty recovery at height.

• Minimum three years in an aerial adventure park, ropes course, climbing facility or rope access operation.

• Practical competence in PPE inspection and lifecycle management.

• Valid First Aid Certification.

• Fluent in English.
