1. Candidate Sourcing & Screening
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, database, referrals, and networking
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews
Assess candidates’ technical skills, experience, and cultural fit
Present shortlisted candidates to clients with detailed profiles
2. Interview & Placement Process
Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients
Prepare candidates for interviews
Gather and provide feedback from both sides
Manage offer negotiation and closing process
Ensure smooth onboarding and post-placement follow-up
3. Target & Performance Management
Achieve monthly/quarterly placement and revenue targets
Maintain accurate records in recruitment system/ATS
Ensure proper documentation and reporting
