Senior Finance Staff

About the job

We are currently looking for a proactive, organized, and dedicated Senior Finance Staff to support our Finance department in handling all matters related to Finance Operation within the company.

Responsibilities:

·       Manage company's financial matters e.g. bank accounts, payments, receiving and reimbursement, etc.

·       Issue invoice, manage A/R & A/P of the company.

·       Manage regular payment to vendors, tax office & related parties.

·       Ensure timely payment, tax calculation, and reports of the company.

·       Create journal entries based on the transaction of company.

·       Ensure that the company's daily journal entries recorded properly and correctly.

·       Report the progress of monthly operation to Finance & Accounting Manager.

Requirements:

·       Have an experience using the ERP SAP system.

·       Bachelor Graduate in Finance and Accounting from reputable university; majoring Accounting, min GPA 3,00.

·       Good analytical thinking (qualitative & quantitative) and having strong numerical analyst.

·       Having minimum 5-7 years experienced as a Finance & Accounting.

·       Hard worker, able to work under pressure & target oriented; and detail oriented.

·       Strong leadership and capable to work in team.

·       Able and proficient with Excel/ MS Office – Word, PowerPoint.

·       Certified in Brevet A/B (will be prioritized).

·       Candidate fluent in English will be Plus.
