Job Description:

At Job Duck, we are looking for a bilingual Intake Specialist with a strong consultative sales approach to join a growing and fast-paced immigration-focused practice. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for prospective clients, guiding them through initial consultations and helping them confidently understand their next steps. Your day-to-day work will directly impact client experience, conversion outcomes, and overall firm growth by ensuring every interaction is handled with clarity, empathy, and professionalism. You will thrive in this role if you are naturally attentive, emotionally steady, and motivated by achieving measurable results while maintaining a high standard of client care. This opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys meaningful conversations, takes ownership of outcomes, and is committed to long-term professional growth in a performance-driven environment.• Compensation Range: 1142 USD to 1220 USD

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Track individual performance metrics and continuously refine communication and sales skills
  • Conduct client care follow-ups to ensure satisfaction and address additional needs
  • Facilitate smooth handoffs to the legal team when clients are ready to proceed
  • Follow up consistently with prospective clients who have not yet retained services
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records in CRM systems
  • Take ownership of moving each consultation toward a defined outcome, including engagement, follow-up, or disqualification
  • Respond to inbound leads and conduct consultations by phone and video
  • Guide prospective clients through next steps while ensuring clarity and confidence without providing legal advice
  • Conduct post-intake sales calls and document client needs and expectations

Requirements:

• Availability to work full-time, Monday through Friday from 08:30 a.m. to 05:30 p.m. PST
• Fluent Spanish and English communication skills (written and spoken) required
• Previous experience in consultative sales or client-facing roles strongly preferred
• Experience in legal, financial, or real estate environments is a plus
• Comfortable handling multiple client interactions and maintaining detailed documentation
• Ability to work with performance metrics and continuously improve results

Required Tools and Technology:
? CRM systems such as Docket Wise and HubSpot
? VOIP systems including Grasshopper and Zoom Phone

? Microsoft Office Suite

? Communication platforms such as Microsoft Teams and Zoom

? Security tools such as SentinelOne

Work Shift:

8:30 AM - 5:30 PM [PST][PDT] (United States of America)
