Winson Hicare Jaya is a growing company specializing in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) in Indonesia. We are looking for a dedicated Pharmacist in Charge (Technical Responsible Pharmacist) to support our business growth and ensure regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the company's Technical Responsible Pharmacist (PJT).
Ensure compliance with BPOM regulations and company SOPs.
Supervise product receiving, storage, and distribution.
Maintain technical documentation and quality records.
Coordinate licensing, audits, and inspections with relevant authorities.
Support product registration and regulatory compliance.
Provide technical guidance to the operations team.
Qualifications / Requirements
Professional Degree in Pharmacy (apt).
Valid Indonesian Pharmacist Registration Certificate (STRA).
Eligible to serve as the company's Technical Responsible Pharmacist (PJT).
Good knowledge of BPOM regulations and pharmaceutical compliance.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Preferred
Experience in pharmaceutical, herbal, or healthcare companies.
Familiarity with BPOM licensing and regulatory processes.
Strong proficiency in English both Oral and Writing.
