Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Market Mapping: Conduct independent research and map potential industries (such as retail, finance, logistics, manufacturing, and real estate) to build a strong database of new B2B clients.
- End-to-End Sales Cycle: Contact key decision-makers (C-Level executives, IT Directors, Heads of Procurement), deliver persuasive product pitches, draft commercial proposals, and lead contract negotiations.
- Account Management: Maintain long-term professional relationships with the acquired client portfolio to ensure service satisfaction and unlock future sales opportunities (upselling and cross-selling).
- Engineering Liaison (Internal Collaboration): Act as the primary communication bridge between the client's business requirements and our internal AI Engineers to align project scoping and Proof of Concept (PoC) creation.
- Proposal & Tender Preparation: Prepare pricing quotations, draft cooperation agreements, and participate in tender or RFP (Request for Proposal) processes hosted by prospective corporate clients.
- Sales Pipeline Management: Manage, update, and accurately report daily sales activities and periodic revenue projections through a CRM system or internal reporting tools.
Key Requirements
- Work Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of proven experience as an Account Executive, B2B IT Sales, or Sales Specialist in the technology industry (SaaS, Software House, IT Consultant, or Digital Agency).
- Educational Background: Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Management, Communications, or a related field.
- Tech Literacy: Strong foundational understanding of software workflows, digital ecosystems, and cutting-edge technology concepts (AI, Machine Learning, Data Automation, LLMs).
- Communication Skills: Exceptional interpersonal skills, high confidence when presenting to top-level management (C-Level), and tactical negotiation abilities.
- Language Skills: Fluent in Indonesian and English, both written and spoken, to effectively communicate with multinational clients or international partners.
- Personal Traits: Target-oriented, resilient, independent, and highly adaptable in a fast-paced startup environment.
