Large-scale language models are evolving from simple conversational tools into systems capable of supporting multilingual communication, education, and cultural understanding. High-quality language data is essential to ensure AI systems accurately reflect grammar, nuance, dialectal variation, and cultural context. That training data begins with you—we need your expertise to help power the next generation of AI in Albanian.
We’re looking for Albanian language specialists with strong reading and writing proficiency. You will work with advanced language models to evaluate translations, assess grammar and fluency, analyze tone and meaning, and identify inaccuracies or unnatural phrasing. You may also help review region-specific variations, including standard Albanian and commonly used dialects, to ensure outputs are contextually appropriate.
On a typical day, you will engage with the model in Albanian and English, review generated text for linguistic accuracy, annotate errors, provide corrected versions, and document patterns in model performance. You may also evaluate how well the model handles formal versus informal registers, technical terminology, or culturally specific references.
Native or near-native fluency in Albanian is required. A background in linguistics, translation, language education, journalism, communications, or a related field is preferred but not required. Entry-level candidates with strong language proficiency and attention to detail are encouraged to apply. Clear written communication and the ability to explain linguistic corrections and reasoning are essential.

We offer a pay range of $6 to $65 per hour, with the exact rate determined after evaluating your experience, expertise, and geographic location. Final offer amounts may vary from the pay range listed above. As a contractor you’ll supply a secure computer and high-speed internet; company-sponsored benefits such as health insurance and PTO do not apply.
