# Remote Clinic Operations Coordinator for Renewable Asset Company **Work From Anywhere in LATAM and the Philippines** Work Schedule: EST | Monday–Friday, hours aligned during kickoff for reliable clinic coverage (strong US Eastern overlap) A US-based primary care company is building a new model of locally rooted, independent practices, looking for a Clinic Operations Coordinator to serve as the virtual front desk and keep patient operations running smoothly. The company is launching multiple net-new independent practices, with initial practitioners already signed and additional providers in contracting. At this stage, early patient experience is the growth engine—responsive, reliable operations directly shape reviews and clinic momentum. Day-to-day, the role answers and routes inbound calls, manages patient scheduling, monitors email and text communication, and executes EHR workflows for refills, referrals, and documentation follow-ups.
