Currently domiciled in Bali
Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role (restaurant, café, or hotel)
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Good command of English (basic to conversational)
Well-groomed, punctual, and a team player
Willing to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays
Able to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment

Greet and welcome guests in a friendly manner
Take food and beverage orders accurately
Serve dishes and drinks professionally
Ensure guest satisfaction and handle requests or complaints politely
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the dining area
Work closely with the kitchen and other service staff
