We are looking for a Restaurant Supervisor to lead our Restaurant team at Pesona Beach Resort & Spa and supporting a smooth daily operation.
Responsibility:
Assist managers in overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring tasks are carried out efficiently, maintaining a smooth workflow and addressing any problems or challenges that arise.
Provide support to managers in managing and leading teams.
Provide excellent service to guests; handle customer inquiries, complaints, or requests.
Assist manager in training and developing team, monitor team performance, grooming and dicipline.
Qualification:
High school or diploma of hospitality
Minimum 1 year experience in the same field
Strong knowledge of restaurant & bar operation
Good problem solving and decision making
Excellent communication skill in english spoken and writen
Good leadership and team management skill
Willing to work at Gili Trawangan with flexible working hours (including weekends & holidays)
