Talent Acquisition Operations (Mass Hiring)

What you'll be doing:
1. Proactively sourcing and screening high-quality candidates for a range of roles across the organization
2. Conducting interviews and assessments to identify the best-fit candidates
3. Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to offer and onboarding
4. Building and maintaining a strong talent pipeline to support the company's hiring needs
5. Collaborating with hiring managers to understand role requirements and the ideal candidate profile
6. Developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies and best practices
7. Providing recruitment analytics and insights to inform the company's talent acquisition approach
8. Maintaining high volume pipelines
9. Conduct field recruitment and canvassing activities.

What we're looking for:
1. At least 2-3 years of experience in a similar talent acquisition in mass hiring, ideally within the financial services or technology sector
2. Willing to travel to different cities or areas based on recruitment needs
3. Experience in mass hiring (sales) & canvassing activities will be a great advantage
4. Strong skills in sourcing, screening and assessing candidates using various methods
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders
6. Adaptable to different locations and working environments.
7. A proactive, results-driven approach and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
8. A passion for talent and a commitment to building high-performing teams
9. Intermediate skill in English language
