Job Description :
Develop and execute content strategies (Instagram, Tiktok) to drive brand awareness and lead generation.
Create compelling copywriting (hooks, video scripts, captions) that is both persuasive and educational.
Manage end-to-end content production (video and design) for marketing needs.
Plan and optimize marketing budgets with a strong focus on ROI.
Analyze campaign performance using GA4 and GTM, and continuously optimize results.
Develop and implement digital systems (e.g. WordPress, online forms).
Collaborate with clinical teams for content creation and field programs.
Manage e-commerce operations and ensure smooth end-to-end sales processes.
Plan and execute events and exhibitions as key branding channels.
Qualifications :
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in Digital Marketing.
Strong understanding of content strategy, social media, and digital marketing funnels.
Proficient in video editing (Adobe Premiere Pro) and basic graphic design (Canva or similar tools).
Familiar with Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager (GTM).
Experience with WordPress or similar CMS platforms is a plus.
Strong copywriting and communication skills.
Able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams (marketing, clinical, operations).
Fluent in English (both written and spoken).

Monday to Friday : 09.00 - 17.00
Saturday : 09.00 - 13.00
