Quality Assurance Supervisor

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Fisheries, Quality Management, or related field.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in QA/QC, food safety, or documentation.

• Knowledge of food safety, product specifications, traceability, and certifications.

• Familiar with quality and laboratory test reports.

• Good attention to detail, organization, and analytical skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

• Good communication and English skills.

Job Descriptions:

• Maintaining and ensuring the certificate, audit report and any other document related to food safety and certification from all plants, 3rd party vendors, ingredients and packaging vendors in the database are the most updated.

• Maintaining and updating the production specification and packaging specification of all products.

• Reviewing the packaging order from CTP plant for US sales approval prior order to ensure no over order on the CTP packaging.

• Monitor the inspection result and lab test result from 3rd party inspection company and ensure the reports are record properly (filling, record, and make summary).

• Supervise the team related to production quality report from all CTP plant and 3rd party vendor like End Product Inspection report, Lab test result, loading report, etc.

• Ensure the traceability document are posted on time in the portal.

• Provide the product specification and packaging detail to the plant whenever any update or new item will be produced in plant.

• Support planner team related to packaging stock and packaging order delivery or readiness on each plant.

• Together with QA coordinator to update the customer portal regularly to ensure the document on each customer portal are updated.

• Supporting US sales team with internal lab test report and external lab test report whenever any request.
