About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive and service-oriented Account Manager (Sales B2B) to support our growing base of B2B clients.. In this role, you will manage key commercial accounts, foster long-term client partnerships, and support initiatives that drive client satisfaction and revenue growth. You will also contribute to our industry engagement through LinkedIn content and trade events. This position is ideal for someone with 2–3 years of experience in client-facing roles, preferably within or adjacent to the shipping/marine industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Review contracts and be a part of tenders' preparation.
Understand client operational needs.
Identify commercial growth opportunities including upselling services.
Coordinate internally with operations, procurement, and billing teams to ensure seamless delivery.
Conduct periodic service reviews, gather feedback, and share relevant updates such as fleet availability or docking timelines.
Collaborate on LinkedIn content planning related to project; case studies, or customer success stories.
Attend client-facing meetings, dinners, and maritime networking events as part of relationship-building efforts.
Monitor client satisfaction and flag potential churn or strategic opportunities to the commercial leadership team.
Requirements:
2–3 years of experience in Sales B2B relationship management, account management, or sales within the telecommunication or any sectors.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a professional presence when engaging with senior stakeholders.
Good writing or content planning skills for use in industry communications or LinkedIn thought leadership.
Willingness to travel for client meetings, site visits, and trade events (domestic and international).
Comfortable assisting with marine expo/event coordination and basic on-site operations.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
