About the Role:
At Zen Luxury Complex, our butler team is the heart of our personalized luxury service. We are looking for refined, attentive, and proactive individuals who understand that true hospitality means anticipating needs before they are expressed.

Responsibilities:

• Provide personalized, anticipatory service to guests and residents throughout their stay

• Handle in-room dining, special setups, amenity delivery, and personal requests

• Assist guests with arrival and departure experiences

• Maintain detailed guest preference profiles and act on them proactively

• Coordinate with housekeeping, F&B, and operations to fulfill guest needs seamlessly

• Maintain impeccable personal presentation and professional conduct at all times

Requirements:

• Min. 1–2 years butler or luxury guest service experience

• Good English communication skills (mandatory)

• Well-groomed, warm, and highly attentive to detail

• Proactive, discreet, and genuinely service-minded

• Willing to work in shifts including weekends and public holidays
