HEAD OF MANUFACTURING MANAGER

Job Description:

• Lead and oversee overall manufacturing operations to ensure production targets, quality standards, cost efficiency, and delivery schedules are achieved.

• Manage production processes, including planning, manpower, machinery, materials, and production capacity.

• Ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP, Food Safety, Halal, BPOM regulations, and other applicable standards.

• Monitor key manufacturing performance indicators, including OEE, production yield, downtime, waste, productivity, and manufacturing costs.

• Identify opportunities for process improvement, cost reduction, and operational efficiency.

• Coordinate with Quality Assurance, Engineering/Maintenance, Supply Chain, Warehouse, Procurement, and other related departments to ensure smooth operations.

• Ensure machinery, equipment, and production facilities are properly maintained and available to support production activities.

• Analyze production data and prepare operational reports and recommendations for management.

• Handle production issues, conduct root cause analysis, and implement corrective and preventive actions.

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to improve productivity, quality, and overall manufacturing performance.

Requirements :

• Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.

• Minimum 8–10 years of experience in manufacturing, preferably in the beverage/FMCG industry, with experience in a managerial or plant leadership role.

• Strong knowledge of beverage production processes, food safety, GMP, HACCP, and quality management systems.

• Strong leadership, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

• Experienced in managing production teams and cross-functional collaboration.

• Strong understanding of OEE, production efficiency, cost management, and continuous improvement.

• Willing to be based in Jakarta Area.
