We are seeking a proactive and highly organized HR Officer to join our Human Resources team. The successful candidate will support a broad spectrum of HR activities and act as a key partner in delivering HR operations, employee engagement initiatives, talent retention programs, and employee lifecycle management.
Position Summary
The HR Officer will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations while contributing to strategic people initiatives that support employee engagement, retention, and organizational effectiveness.
This role requires someone who is hands-on, detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of independently managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced professional services environment.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
Coordinate end-to-end recruitment processes
Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and stakeholders
Prepare employment offers and onboarding documentation
Facilitate new hire onboarding and orientation activities
Support internship and campus recruitment programs
Monitor recruitment metrics and hiring progress
Employee Lifecycle Management
Manage employee records and personnel documentation
Prepare employment contracts, employment certificates, confirmation letters, and other HR documentation
Coordinate probation review and employee confirmation processes
Manage employee movements including promotion, transfer, and resignation processes
Ensure employee data accuracy and compliance throughout the employee lifecycle
HRIS & HR Administration
Maintain and administer the HR Information System (HRIS)
Ensure employee information is accurate, complete, and up-to-date
Generate HR reports and people analytics from HRIS data
Support process improvements and digitalization of HR processes
Coordinate attendance, leave administration, and employee records management
Employee Engagement & Company Culture
Support employee engagement and wellbeing initiatives
Support internal events, CSR activities, employee recognition programs, and culture-building initiatives
Gather employee feedback and recommend improvement initiatives
Partner with stakeholders to strengthen employee experience
Employee Retention & Talent Management
Support implementation of employee retention programs and initiatives
Analyze employee feedback, turnover trends, and engagement data
Assist in retention action planning and employee experience improvements
Conduct and consolidate exit interview findings
Support initiatives aimed at strengthening employee satisfaction and retention
HR Projects & Continuous Improvement
Participate in HR transformation and improvement initiatives
Support policy implementation and HR compliance projects
Identify opportunities to improve employee experience and HR processes
Contribute to employer branding and HR-related projects
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Management, Business Administration, or related field
Experience
Minimum 1-2 years of HR Generalist experience
Experience handling multiple HR functions independently
Experience in professional services, consulting, accounting, legal, financial services, or multinational organizations is an advantage
Technical Skills
Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor regulations
Experience using HRIS platforms
Understanding of HR operations and employee lifecycle processes
Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
