Tech Lead

Nerdbug is a fast-growing software development agency specializing in custom software solutions, mobile and web app development, blockchain development, and data analytics.

We serve clients in diverse industries, including transportation, ed-tech, enterprise solutions, e-commerce, and cryptocurrency.

As we expand, we are seeking a highly skilledTech Leadto oversee and drive our technical operations.

Requirements

What we are looking out for:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in software development, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Proficiency in major programming language (e.g., Python, JavaScript, Java).
• Experience with modern frameworks and libraries (e.g., React, Angular, Node.js, Django).
• Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (Digital Ocean, AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
• Proven experience in Agile or Scrum methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity best practices is a plus.
