IT Project Management Lead

Requirement:

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a PMO in the multifinance or Financial Services Industry

• Direct experience with Confins core system implementation, migration, or enhancement projects

• Deep understanding of leasing workflows, business process improvements, and system integration

• Skilled in managing project timelines, scope, and budgets

• Knowledge of Agile and/or Waterfall project management methodologies

• Strong stakeholder coordination, communication, and leadership skills

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field

• Able to commit to project-based engagement with defined deliverables and timelines

Key responsibilities:

• Leading and managing end-to-end project delivery, from planning and initiation through to closure and post-implementation review

• Developing comprehensive project plans, timelines, budgets and resource allocation strategies

• Identifying, assessing and managing project risks, implementing mitigation strategies to ensure successful outcomes

• Providing clear communication and regular status updates to project sponsors, stakeholders and team members

• Managing project scope, ensuring changes are formally documented and approved to prevent scope creep

• Coordinating with cross-functional teams including developers, business analysts, quality assurance and infrastructure specialists

• Monitoring project progress against key performance indicators and taking corrective action when necessary

• Managing project budgets and resources effectively whilst maintaining quality standards

• Conducting lessons learned sessions and implementing continuous improvement practices

• Supporting the development and mentoring of junior project management staff
