Job Description :
Experience as a Corporate Legal.
Experience as a Government Relation.
Experience as an HR GA & IT.
Requirements :
Minimum of a Bachelor's degree (S1) in Human Resource Management, Law or a related field.
Minimum 18 years’ experience as a Human Resources and General Affairs Manager.
Understanding of labor laws, Legal and Government Relation
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong analytical and organizational skills.
High integrity, responsibility, and the ability to work independently.
A proactive problem solver and quick learner.
Positive, collaborative, and strong interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated strong leadership abilities and the capability to lead a team effectively.
Excellent communication skills.
Excellent communication in English.
