Get to Know the Role
In this position, you will support Grab's enterprise infrastructure with a core focus on Identity and Privileged Access Management (IAM/PAM). The Identity Management team is dedicated to overseeing access to enterprise applications and safeguarding vital systems and sensitive data. Motivated by our mission—"Empowering Grabbers with secure, seamless access to systems and data; simplifying productivity and creating time for what matters"—we ensure safety never comes at the expense of efficiency.
The Critical Tasks You Will Perform
- End-to-End IAM Operations: Manage the full identity and access lifecycle—including Joiner-Mover-Leaver (JML) processes, provisioning/deprovisioning, and resolving access and authentication incidents within defined SLAs.
- Access Governance & Audit Compliance: Support periodic access reviews and certification campaigns to enforce the principles of least privilege and segregation of duties (SoD) while providing necessary documentation for internal and external audits.
- Platform & PAM Administration: Support and maintain enterprise IAM platforms (e.g., Okta, Azure AD) and Privileged Access Management (PAM) tools, ensuring secure standard and privileged account management.
- System Integration & Onboarding: Assist in onboarding new applications and infrastructure into existing IAM/PAM systems following established corporate security standards and configurations.
- Operational Excellence & Automation: Track key operational metrics (SLAs, KPIs, KRIs), maintain robust SOP documentation, and actively identify opportunities to automate repetitive tasks to reduce operational risk and enhance user experience.
