Fullstack Developer (CRM)

Job Description

We're looking for a Fullstack Developer with experience in CRM or business systems development to help build and improve solutions that drive customer management, operational efficiency, and business growth.

What You’ll Do

• Develop, customize, and maintain CRM systems based on business requirements.
• Build new CRM features and enhance existing modules to improve operational efficiency.
• Design and develop integrations between CRM systems and other internal or third-party platforms.
• Optimize database performance, workflows, and data management processes.
• Create responsive and intuitive user interfaces for CRM users.
• Analyze business processes and translate them into scalable system solutions.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve CRM-related technical issues.
• Prepare technical documentation and support system implementation initiatives.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Fullstack Developer.
• Strong proficiency in Node.js, PHP, Vue.js, and jQuery.
• Able to Identify potential risks, inefficiencies, or gaps in proposed requirements and proactively suggest improvements. 
• Proficient in writing and optimizing raw SQL queries.
• Experience developing, implementing, customizing, or maintaining CRM systems.
• Understanding of CRM workflows, customer lifecycle management, and business process automation is a plus
• Experience building responsive web applications and clean user interfaces.
• Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with API integrations and system integrations.
