Senior Finance Accounting

Requirements :

1. Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in accounting, economy or related degrees;

2. At least 3 years of working experience in the same field, preferable at Japanese company culture;

3. Proficient in basic English both writing & speaking;

4. Good interpersonal, analytical thinking, communication skills, and attention to details;

5. Ability to adapt, organize team and influence other people;

6. Strong knowledge of accounting system;

7. Strong knowledge of audit process and financial report of the company;

8. Good understanding of taxation regulation in Indonesia;

9. Having Brevet A and B certification is preferable;

10. Having experience operating Jurnal.id System is preferable.
     

Job description :

1. Manage company's financial matters e.g. cash flow, time deposit, bank accounts etc;

2. Issue invoice, manage A/R & A/P of the company;

3. Report monthly financial report to the management : B/S & P/L;

4. Manage regular payment to vendors, tax office & related parties; 

5. Review timely tax calculation, payment and reports of the company;

6. Create journal entries based on the transaction of company;

7. Ensure that the company's daily journal entries recorded properly and correctly;

8. Manage company's financial audit;

9. Communicate with tax staff, tax office and related companies;

10. Report the progress of monthly operation to General Manager or higher;

11. Monitoring IDX market, stock trading transactions and making a decision to take profit or cut loss is plus.
