Janitor

Yayasan Tunas Blossom is a reputable non-profit organization based in Kembangan, Jakarta Barat, DKI Jakarta, Indonesia, dedicated to providing educational and community support services to underprivileged children and families. As we continue to expand our operations and maintain a clean, welcoming environment for our staff and visitors, we are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Cleaner/Janitor to join our team. The Cleaner/Janitor will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of all areas within the organization’s premises, including offices, common spaces, restrooms, and other facilities. Key responsibilities include sweeping, mopping, dusting, and disposing of trash, as well as ensuring that all cleaning supplies are properly stocked and organized. The role also involves following established cleaning protocols and contributing to a safe and hygienic working environment for everyone.

We are looking for a female candidate with at least an SMA/SMK education level and between 1 to 3 years of experience in cleaning-related roles. Experience in hotel cleaning, office cleaning, or similar environments is preferred. Candidates should be detail-oriented, physically capable, and committed to maintaining high standards of cleanliness. A friendly attitude and the ability to work independently or as part of a team are essential qualities for this position.
