Intern: Social Media & Content Growth (Long-Term, Potential for Full-time)

About the Role

This is a long-term internship for high-potential talents who want to build real skills in social media, content creation, and brand growth.

You will produce content, run experiments, analyze performance, and understand how real users respond, etc...
Your work will appear across TikTok, Instagram, Shopee, and community platforms — shaping how thousands of parents experience the brand.

If you just want a “light” internship or part-time experience, sorry, this is not the right place.
If you want responsibility, real ownership, and accelerated learning, cool, this is limited place you might grow fastest.

What You Will Do

• Create short-form content (TikTok, Reels, Shopee videos, IG stories)

• Research trends, hooks, competitors, and viral formats in mother & baby category

• Write storytelling scripts and captions that resonate with parents

• Analyze performance (retention, hook, CTR, view time) and iterate fast

• Capture real product moments — warehouse, packaging, lifestyle, customers

• Organize content libraries, references, templates, and best practices

• Support influencers, brand partners, and campaign launches

Who You Are

• Creative and hands-on with strong execution

• Strong writing skills (Bahasa Indonesia and/or English)

• Good sense of visual aesthetics, rhythm, and short-video storytelling

• Comfortable with Canva, CapCut, or similar tools

• Curious about why content performs, not just how to make it

• Learn fast, reliable, proactive, and comfortable with feedback

• Available minimum 5 days/week (office + hybrid)

• Internship duration: 4–6 months or longer

Priority / Preferred Qualifications

You will stand out if you have:

• Managed your own TikTok/IG account or creative side project

• A portfolio of videos, designs, or writing (even small ones)

• Experience with student media, small brands, or online shops

• Basic understanding of analytics (CTR, retention, conversion)

• Strong interest in lifestyle, aesthetics, and baby/family content

• Willingness to go deeper — talk to users, observe real usage, visit warehouse

• Good English for research and content referencing
