Scope of Work

  • Min. 5 yoe as IT BA

  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.

  • Create and maintain BRD (Business Requirement Document) and FRD (Functional Requirement Document).

  • Develop User Stories and Acceptance Criteria for development teams.

  • Create and update BPMN diagrams (As-Is & To-Be processes).

  • Facilitate requirement discussions, clarifications, and stakeholder sign-off.

  • Maintain project documentation and knowledge repository in Confluence.

  • Ensure requirements are aligned with business objectives and system implementation.

  • Support UAT, requirement traceability, and change request management.
