## Job Description
**Purpose**: The Customization Specialist Temp is responsible for supporting the Customization team as they provide exceptional customer experience by adding meaningful personalization to Speech Generating Devices (SGDs) in a timely and accurate manner. This position is responsible for ordering trial loaner devices, initiating transfer requests, and expediting visibility of device update requests by monitoring the team's Inbox.

Responsibilities:**
- Submits shipping requests to order loaner devices
- Assigns template requests
- Monitors team Inbox and creates device update requests
- Runs playbook for Transfer Progress
- Uses HubSpot CRM to track and complete assigned tasks and document all relevant information
- Prioritizes
responsibilities and proactively follows up on tasks
- May be required to perform other duties as assigned

- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy in task completion

Qualifications
**Minimum
Qualifications:**
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1 year of office or administrative experience preferred
## Additional Information
**Work Environment & Physical Demands**
The incumbent works remotely from their home and is expected to maintain a safe, productive work environment with secure internet access. The ability to operate a computer with or without reasonable accommodation is required.
**Hours**
Part time, 20 hours per week. Monday - Friday, 4 hours per day.
**Travel**
Not required for a temporary role.

**Compensation**
At Lingraphica, we are committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The starting hourly range for this position is $24.04 - $26.44 per hour. Placement in the starting pay is based on factors such as experience, skills, education, and internal equity.
