Job Description
Partner closely with business leaders to align HR strategies with organizational goals and support overall business performance.
Conduct comprehensive HR analytics, including monthly manpower and HR cost analysis, to identify trends, optimize workforce planning, and improve cost efficiency.
Lead employee and industrial relations matters by collaborating with the Legal team, ensuring compliance with labor regulations, and managing communication with external stakeholders and third parties.
Drive and oversee HR initiatives, including employee engagement, performance management, compensation and benefits implementation, organizational development, and policy formulation.
Provide strategic HR guidance to managers on talent management, employee relations, performance issues, and workforce planning.
Support organizational change, HR projects, and other strategic initiatives to meet evolving business needs.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, Management, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in Human Resources, with solid exposure to HR Business Partnering, Industrial Relations, and HR cost analysis.
Strong understanding of employment laws, labor regulations, and HR best practices.
Proven experience in HR analytics, workforce planning, budgeting, and cost management.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Strong business acumen with the ability to influence and partner with stakeholders at all levels.
Proactive, detail-oriented, adaptable, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Mandarin proficiency is an advantage.
