-Serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding service requests, inquiries, and delivery updates.
-Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products and services.
-Process customer orders, service requests, and account updates in accordance with company procedures.
-Monitor service delivery schedules and proactively communicate delays or changes to customers.
-Resolve customer concerns, complaints, and service-related issues while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
-Maintain accurate customer records and document all interactions in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
-Track service performance and follow up on outstanding requests to ensure timely resolution.
-Collaborate with operations, logistics, field teams, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless service execution.
-Provide customers with information on products, services, service agreements, and company policies.
-Ensure compliance with service standards, quality requirements, and data privacy regulations.
-Meet established key performance indicators (KPIs), including response time, service level agreements (SLAs), first-contact resolution, and customer satisfaction.
-Identify opportunities to improve service delivery processes and enhance the overall customer experience.
