Go Backend Developer (Golang)

About the role

We are seeking a talented Go Backend Developer to join PT CUSO Digital Indonesia's growing technology team. This is a full-time position based in South Jakarta, Jakarta. As a Go Backend Developer, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining robust server-side applications and systems that power our digital solutions. You will work on building scalable backend infrastructure, APIs, and databases that support our clients' business operations and drive innovation in the digital space. This position is integral to our technology delivery and directly impacts the quality and performance of our digital products.

What you'll be doing

• Design, build, maintain and bug fix web sites, using using design pattern approach, content creation tools, and management tools

• Maintain understanding of current web technologies or programming practices through continuing education, reading, or participation in professional conferences, workshops, or groups

• Build strong and effective internal/external cooperation which support the overall objectives of the department
  

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience)

• Minimum of 1 year work experience in developing Golang application

• Have good understanding and ability in Back End Development area : API, REST, Microservices, Design pattern, Databases

• Knowledge and experience in Golang or other C-family programming language (such as C++, C#, Java, etc.) is a big plus

• Knowledge and experience in Cloud Computing such as AWS services and GCP services is a big plus

• Knowledge and experience in microfinance and accounting is a big plus

• Have ability to learn new things related to technology

• Understanding of software development principles, design patterns, and architectural best practices

• Knowledge of security best practices including authentication, authorisation, and data protection

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

• Can work as a team
